Discover the Museum of Arts and Sciences, founded in 1955 in the heart of Daytona Beach’s Tuscawilla reserve. Take the time to stroll in nature where you will visit a haven of peace and beauty. The largest museum in the region has a lot to present: with its permanent collection, the museum offers many recurring events (yoga sessions, self-defense classes), a children’s museum, temporary exhibitions and a planetarium with a show on the Milky Way. Museum admission includes access to one planetarium show.
Open daily, the attraction offers a surprising variety of different collections, such as a pre-Castro Cuban art exhibition, a fascinating collection of African masks, a huge exhibition of objects in the Coca-Cola brand image, a section on Chinese art and a collection of vintage cars.
The museum and part of the reserves are accessible to people in wheelchairs.
